The Sidewinder by Orbit is a great way to cool the air wherever you need. This 1/4" flexible mist stand is portable and the flexible 30" memory tubing can wrap around small tree limbs, posts, chairs, or anywhere you might need to cool the surrounding air by up to 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Connects directly to any standard garden hose.
