Your products are great. I have been using the RainDrip system for a number of years now. But there a number of negative factors with RainDrip -- changing parts (not much is reusable), using the plugs (I got a blister on my thumb and inflamed my wrist as a result of trying to insert plugs. I was able to figure out another way to stop up the hole without using the plug and wasted connectors by doing so.), removing old small and/or large connectors (most of the time impossible to remove) and the constant clogging of the drippers. Most of the parts were absolutely not reusable. I bought 3 kits to complete a simple setup because I couldn't get parts locally, which happens a lot with things here. But the real reason was the inability to reuse parts. Many parts are not available for separate purchase except in the kit! All that is to say what a great system you have developed. Especially the reusable parts and easy use of the drip connectors and the main line connectors, plus other little things that make a big difference. The DripDepot system has addressed and/or corrected all of my complaints. You fixed it! I will not only be a loyal DripDepot customer for all those reasons, but your customer service and timely order delivery are also winners.

I thought I'd take a minute to say thank you for such an easy to use irrigation system. My husband and I installed our entire system in less than 2 hours. It was so simple, and the directions were so clear that anyone can do it. When we anxiously watched our timer, which was set to go off at 8:00am this morning, and it did like clockwork, we were so happy.
