FREE SHIPPING:: All orders of $90 or more within the Contiguous United States (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii) receive free Standard Ground shipping service.
GUARANTEED SHIPPING:: If we receive your order on any business day before 9am PST, we will ship your order that business day guaranteed or we will refund your shipping costs. (applies to in-stock items only. Does not guarantee against adverse weather conditions or natural disasters as defined by carrier) If you have an express package that was delivered late, send us an email with your order number and we will promptly take care of the situation. (Packages shipped via Ground service do not qualify for guaranteed shipping)
DELIVERY DAYS:: Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding major holidays.
P.O. BOX, APO, PSC:: Please choose any US Postal service for these types of address. UPS and FedEx will only deliver to a physical address. If you are unsure if UPS or FedEx delivers to your address, please contact UPS at www.ups.com or FedEx at www.fedex.com and ask them before placing your order.
Delivery schedule & costs:: We calculate shipping charges and transit time based on your shipping zip code and the total weight of your order. To view all of your shipping options and costs simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag and then click the "Shipping time and cost calculator" in your shopping bag. After you enter your zip/postal code information we will present a list of shipping options to you.

Q: Where is my package being shipped from?: A: Your package will be shipped from our private warehouse which is located in Medford, Oregon.
Q: When will my order be shipped?: A: We GUARANTEE that we will ship your order the same business day if we receive it before 9am PST. Orders placed after 9am PST will be shipped next business day.
Q: Can I choose a faster service than UPS Ground?: A: Yes. We offer most UPS and Fedex service types. 1 Day, 2 Day and 3 Day service is available at additional cost.
Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?: A: That depends on the destination zip code and type of shipping service you choose. During checkout, we provide you with detailed delivery dates for each type of service we offer.
Q: If an items says "in stock" on your site, is it really in stock?: A: 99.9% of the time - Absolutely yes! Our web site reads our current inventory directly from our warehouse. If it says "in stock", it is 99.9% of the time really in stock. We'd like to say its 100%, however, we are human.
Q: Do you use a fulfillment center?: A: No. We do not use fulfillment centers. The only way we can ensure your privacy and maintain our high quality service levels, is to stock and ship all products from our private facility.
