All products sold by Drip Depot carry a 30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee on all unused items, and many of our products are covered under our lifetime guarantee (does not include shipping or handling costs). In addition, many of the products sold by Drip Depot carry an extended manufacturers warranty of up to 1 year (contact manufacturer for details). To be eligible for return, all items must be accompanied by the original manufacturer's packaging and all printed material and instructions. Items that show signs of neglect, abuse or misuse are excluded from this return policy.
Defective Items:
- If the item is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee we'll replace that item free of charge for as long as you own the item. If the item is not covered by our Lifetime Guarantee it may still be covered under the original manufactures warranty. (contact manufacturer for details).
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages:
- All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
Unused Items Returned for Any Reason:
- You may return any unused item within 30 days of purchase date for a no-questions-asked full refund (does not include shipping and/or handling charges).
- Unused items returned after 30 days of purchase date will be charged a 10% restocking fee and receive a store credit.
- No partial kit returns will be accepted.
Used items:
- Non-defective used items that are returned within 30 days of purchase date will receive a store credit totalling 50% of the total purchase price of the item(s) returned.
- After 30 days of purchase date: no returns accepted.
Free Shipping:
- If you return items purchased using our free shipping offer, and your order total drops below the threshold, then you may be charged a shipping fee.
Cancellations:
- A request for cancellation can be issued at any time before an order leaves our warehouse. If we receive a request for cancellation, we will do everything possible to intercept an order and cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. We are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.
- To request a cancellation please visit your account dashboard to view the details of your order and click on (Cancel this order).
