All products sold by Drip Depot carry a 30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. (does not include shipping or handling costs) In addition, many of the products sold by Drip Depot carry an extended manufacturers warranty of up to 1 year or more. (contact manufacturer for details) To be eligible for return, all items must be accompanied by the original manufacturers packaging and all printed material and instructions. Items that show signs of neglect, abuse or misuse are excluded from this return policy.

If there is a problem:

• Contact us as soon as possible.
• Keep all packaging and shipping materials until the matter is resolved.
• Contact us and we will promptly help you.

Undeliverable or unclaimed packages:

• All orders returned as undeliverable or unclaimed will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges.

Cancellations:

• A request for cancellation can be issued at any time before an order leaves our warehouse. If we receive a request for cancellation, we will do everything possible to intercept an order and cancel it before it leaves our warehouse. We are unable to cancel orders that have already shipped.
