Compression

These 1/2" compression fittings are for use with any poly tubing with an outside diameter of .700". Compression fittings are single use only. Compression fittings represent our "middle-of-the-road" fittings. They are less expensive than our Perma-Loc fittings but more expensive than our barbed fittings. Generally, compression fittings cannot be reused. Once a compression fitting has been pushed onto the tube it is very difficult to get it off without damaging the fitting. Since compression fittings "compress" the tube to create a seal, there are no weak points caused by tube stretching. A compression fitting will last as long as the tubing itself.
