Our Lifetime Guarantee

If a guaranteed item fails due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship, we will replace that item free of charge for as long as you own that item.

Details: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We firmly believe that our products are the best in the industry, and that's why we offer a lifetime guarantee. Our guarantee is divided into 3 distinct time frames:

Within 30 days of purchase date: If any product purchased from us is found to be defective, we'll replace it free of charge and we'll pay all shipping costs! The only thing we ask is that you return the defective item back to us for inspection. We'll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to cover return shipping costs.
Within 1 year of purchase date: If an item is found to be defective within 1 year of purchase date, we'll replace that item with an identical item (if available) or an item of similar function and value. You'll be responsible for all return shipping costs to return the defective item to us. We'll pay all shipping costs to send you a replacement item.
Over 1 year from purchase date: If an item is found to be defective after 1 year from purchase date, we'll replace that item with an identical item (if available) or an item of similar function and value. You'll be responsible for all shipping costs to return the defective item as well as all shipping costs to have the new item shipped to you.

Exclusions and limitations... This guarantee does not cover items that are damaged due to misuse or environmental conditions that are out of our control. Here is a list of conditions which are specifically not covered under this guarantee:

Freeze damaged items due to exposing an item(s) to freezing conditions.
Clogged drippers or emitters due to insects, mineralised water, over pressure conditions, poor filtration, or physical abuse.
Damaged tubing due to over pressurization, physical abuse, improper cutting or hole punching, UV degradation, overly acidic fertilization injection or any other chemical that will degrade tubing performance.
Cross threading, overuse of thread tape or putty, mixing pipe threads and hose threads, using wrenches or other tools when only hand tightening is required.
If the issue is caused by something you did (wrong) or something in your particular environment that is beyond our control, then it is not covered under this guarantee.
