This filter can be installed on any hose bib or hose end. It has a female hose swivel on one end and male hose threads on the other ends. Unfiltered water comes into the Tee from female side and is routed through the internal filter to the exit point on the side of the Tee. The other end of the Tee has a hose thread cap that can be removed for cleaning the filter. The Hose Thread Tee Filter comes standard with a 150 mesh screen filter.

Works but leaks 3 star rating for Tee Filter

I like the idea of this filter. It's very compact and easy to clean. Unfortunately it also leaks - ever so slightly - around the cleaning vent. Fortunately I was able to get it sealed by using a bit of teflon tape wrapped around the threads. Other than that, it's a nice little filter. If it was not for the leaking I'd give it 5 stars, but the leaky thing is annoying.
