3/4" FHT x 3/4" MHT preset pressure reducer. Reduces the pressure entering the drip irrigation system. Use with other garden hose thread fittings. Choose the appropriate preset PSI rating for your application. (normally 25 PSI for tubing and 10 PSI for tape)

Special note: Pressure reducers require at least 0.5 GPM flow to accurately regulate pressure. If you intend to measure the water pressure after this reducer, please ensure that water is flowing through the system at >= 0.5 GPM before taking the measurement.

Special special note: This pressure reducer is not designed to operate under static pressure. It must be placed after any valves or timers to operate correctly. Using this item under static (constant) pressure will eventually weaken the internal spring and cause the regulator to fail.
